Your data serves one purpose: answering your logistics project. This page explains what we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Iziship offers e-commerce logistics services in France and Spain. We therefore apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Andorran Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data. Andorra benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission: your data is protected there to a level equivalent to that of the European Union.
02What data we collect and why
We only collect the data we need to answer your request, arrange a meeting or measure how well our website and ads perform. We never ask for payment details on the website.

The estimates you receive after submitting the form are calculated from the information you provide. They are indicative and do not constitute an automated decision with legal effects: a member of our team reviews every request. We do not sell or rent your data.
03Cookies and similar technologies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or choose cookie categories. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. No measurement or advertising cookie is set before you agree. You can change your choice at any time:

We use Google Consent Mode. If you reject cookies, Google tools set no cookies and read no identifiers. They may send technical signals without identifiers (for example, that a conversion took place), which allow Google to estimate ad performance in aggregate. When you open the meeting booking module, our calendar provider may set cookies required for it to work. The up-to-date list of cookies is available in the “Manage cookies” panel.
04Who has access to your data
Your data is accessed by Iziship’s sales team, in France and Spain, and by our technical providers, only for the purposes described here. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and security commitments.

We may also disclose data to an authority where required by law. Our website maintenance provider may occasionally access hosted data, within the limits of its assignment.
05Transfers outside the European Union
Some data is processed in Andorra, where our head office is located, and by providers based in the United Kingdom or the United States. These transfers are safeguarded: adequacy decisions for Andorra and the United Kingdom, certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or European Commission standard contractual clauses for the United States. You can request a copy of these safeguards by writing to us.
06How we protect your data
- The whole website is served over HTTPS.
- Access to requests is limited to the people who need it, with individual accounts.
- Regular updates of the website and its extensions.
- Backups with our hosting provider.
No system is infallible. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to you, we will notify the competent authority and, where necessary, the people concerned.
07Your rights
You have the following rights over your data at any time:
- Access: find out what data we hold and get a copy.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction: ask us to temporarily suspend a processing activity.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest and, at any time, to marketing communications.
- Portability: receive the data you provided to us in a readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, using the “Manage cookies” button.
To exercise your rights, write to info@iziship.co with the subject “Personal data”. We reply within one month. We only ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubts about your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your choice, including the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), the CNIL in France, the AEPD in Spain, or the authority of your country of residence.

The website may contain links to third-party sites, such as WhatsApp or partner platforms. These sites apply their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
09Changes to this policy
