La première étape essentielle lorsque nous intégrons un nouveau client est la récupération et la synchronisation de son catalogue produit. Grâce à des connecteurs robustes, tels que Shopify, nous récupérons et mettons à jour automatiquement les informations produit toutes les heures. Chaque produit est identifié par un SKU unique, facilitant la gestion des stocks et le suivi précis des produits.

For food products, we record critical information such as the batch number and the use-by date (Best before or best before date). This ensures that products are managed according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles, minimizing the risk of selling expired products.

Monitoring of Receipts and Stocks

Once the products are received, our operators control the deliveries using a color-coded system to indicate the stock status (green for compliant, yellow for deviations). Operators scan each product and its location in the warehouse, using QR codes on each shelf. This allows full product traceability and optimized management of stock movements.

Product flashing

To guarantee maximum precision in order preparation, we use double control based on product flashing. During picking, the products are scanned both when they are picked and during their final preparation. This method greatly reduces errors and ensures that each order contains exactly what was ordered.

Use of Advanced Technologies

We integrate cutting-edge technologies like RFID and cameras to identify orders and film picking processes. This provides an extra layer of security and transparency. Videos of order preparations can be consulted in the event of a dispute or for internal checks, thus guaranteeing impeccable quality of service.

Order Preparation Videos

Each step of order preparation is filmed, providing total transparency and proof of quality. These videos are stored on our server and transferred daily to a secure cloud (Amazon S3), where a public link is generated. This allows our customers to visualize the preparation process in the event of a complaint or to ensure better order management.

Reduction of Disputes

The preparation video is a valuable tool for reducing disputes. If there is a dispute, customers can check the video to confirm that all products have been properly prepared and packaged. This transparency strengthens customer trust and improves their satisfaction.

Iziship collaborates with various carriers, such as Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD, GLS and DB Schenker. We manage carrier integration by automatically syncing order information and generating shipping labels. This ensures fast and efficient shipping of orders.

We offer full transparency regarding logistics data. Customers can access the complete history of order statuses, from receipt to shipment. This transparency makes it possible to follow every step and ensure that orders are processed as expected.
